[e1.3.0 beta] No xp from bartering / gifting to lords/nobles

Hello,

I've installed the new beta (e.1.3.0) today and since then I noticed, whether it's gifting or bartering with nobles (I've tried with Altenos gifting and right after Nemos for bartering, some horse for 246 denars), and my Charm stat didn't move at all (stayed 9066xp before and after).

My learning limit is at 110 (20 social + 90), yet levelling over this cap wasn't a problem before (just very slow, but not a single xp movement). I've checked the entire changelog for something related, yet nothing :-/

Confirmed. I don't get any increase either. It seems its broken since it is not mentioned on the patch notes or hotfix notes.

It appears to be another issue with the Beta. I've been courting Liena for a long time for the family approval, and when i say for a long time i mean savescumming, and it appears if you load from an open session the success rate is all messed up. This needs to be checked too.
