Walking animation messing the weapon animation

Hello. As part of the mod I'm working on I've added a few animations, including several weapon animations, problem is when I walk, the walking animation is blended into the weapon animation and, well, as the title says, the walking animation messes the weapon animations, so my question is: would it be possible to make the weapons usable only while standing still or, even better, having the weapon animation override the walking animation instead of blending them together (as seems to be the case with the kick animation and the shield bash animation)?
I expected the "acf_enforce_lowerbody" or "acf_enforce_all" would do the job, but it doesn't work. I also changed the amf_priority_attack to amf_priority_kick but didn't seem to make any difference. Thanks.

Bonus question: does anybody know the difference between arf_blend_in_1, arf_blend_in_2, arf_blend_in_3, etc.?

P.S.: I'm working with module system. The base for my mod is Dickplomacy, includes Diplomacy, and several other mods.
