There's a quote from September 2009 with Armagan specifically linking "http://beta.taleworlds.com/apply.aspx". So beta.taleworlds.com is definitely a legitimate official TaleWorlds domain, but has been changed away from the old form system, apparently.

Weird that a wooden maul (very cheap and easy to make I've made many IRL) is nearly as valuable as a Fullered Greatsword (very difficult and expensive to make)...
Also, Sturgian horses must be absolute garbage, if they are less valuable than a mule.  Horses, at least, could be bred to make more horses.  Mules are sterile and only carry heavy weights for the span of a single life.
