Comporta diverse variazioni della traduzione e, ovviamente, correzioni.
Ma c'è un argomento specifico su cui vorrei il vostro parere.
Recentemente ho cambiato il nome della località "Trombatorrione" con "Fosso di Helm", Swyter si è accorto della cosa e vi riporto quello che mi ha scritto e la mia risposta:

I'm sure of that and I thank you about this help, but in Italy this it's a controversial issue.
In our language both in Jackson's film than in the Tolkien book, with Trombatorrione we refers to the innermost part of the fortress, where Theoden and the other defenders take refuge when the walls give way under Saruman's attack, while Helm's Deep is meant both the valley as the whole fortress.
In Italy in the collective imagination the Helm's Deep is the fortress and the Hornburg its the inner part.
If we call this location Trombatorrione (Hornburg), it would be like to call Minas Tirith as The Citadel, but we know that the citadel is the upper part of the White City.
Like I've said, it's a controversial issue ;^)
Per i non anglofoni, Swyter mi dice che Merlkir (uno degli sviluppatori di TLD) ha i suoi motivi in base alla conoscenza degli ambienti descritti da Tolkien, per chiamare quel luogo Trombatorrione, perché il Fosso di Helm sarebbe la vallata in cui sorge la fortezza.
Io ho risposto che nella versione italiana (anche nel film di Jackson) la questione è controversa, perché Fosso di Helm viene identificato come la fortezza e anche la località dove sorge, mentre il Trombatorrione è la parte più interna della fortezza, quella in cui si rifugiano nell'ultima difesa Re Theoden con Aragorn e gli altri, infatti quando si lanciano alla carica fuori dai portoni del torrione, il nano va a soffiare nel corno che sta in cima alla torre, che appunto si chiama Trombatorrione, se rivedete la scena lo potrete vedere.
Ho portato ad esempio Minas Tirith, che non viene chiamata La Cittadella, che è la parte superiore dove si trova il trono del re.
Per questi motivi ho trovato più corretto e suggestivo Fosso di Helm invece di Trombatorrione, anche perché la battaglia resta nota come quella del Fosso di Helm.
