[Mod Request] Visible fief names (villages, castles) on full campaign map zoom out

I tried figuring this out (searching for "Nameplate", "CameraHeight" keywords) but couldn't crack it. I was wondering if someone with a better modding ability would be able to make such a mod. It sounds simple enough though

The line between a request and a question could be thin here, but this is definitely not the section of Released Mods... nope, as for the mod request, surely there is some variable that setting it to 1, for example, get this, it would be necessary to discover it and that the variable or variables are not hardcode inside the engine.
