Anno 1800 has one of the best UI I have ever seen in a game.
Intuitive, aesthetic, parsimonious (Occam's razor), somehow makes it so easy to understand and control complicated flows of data.
For example, the trade/chart route management UI is a thing of beauty (screenshot):
I highly recommend TaleWorlds get someone to analyze Anno 1800's UI and steal some of the UI ideas to enhance Bannerlord's UI.
