I finished 4 quests about finding missing daughters. Each time I try to ask them to come back with first available option. Each time it results in critical success. Success chances are 39% for me. I believe probability of succeeding 4 times in a row with same option is extremely low, so it appears to be a bug.
Not clearly steps to reproduce, but what I did:
1. Be a hero with low charm skill (<10).
2. Take quest from one of battanian fathers.
3. Find missing daughter and talk to her.
4. Try to persuade her with first available option (Something like "It's good for your family").
5. Achieve critical success.
6. Repeat.
