Hello people :) I was wondering if troops in my companions party upgrade? I have my companions follow me in an army and after battles I see troops in their armies shown as gained a level (white arrow in battle screen), but afterwards when I inspect their troops all of them stay the same.

There are a lot of issues with them, especially with their stats. F.e. an engineer has 1 intellect and 1 point/of 5 possible (to make it upgrade faster) in engineering. He will be leveling up for ages. I can level up in engineering much much faster than him, because I can have a lot more...

I tend to play characters that are slightly above average height, but not near the maximum, and it seems like everyone I hire is exactly the same average height. I'd like to see characters that are max height or minimum height and everywhere in between.
