Player owned Castle/Home

So revisiting M&B, I would like to have a more casual play through. Any mod that adds a central player owned castle that can store extra troops, POWs and gear without faction alignment? Not having luck finding any. If not, any idea how difficult it would be to make one? Maybe even merged into floris mod pack? Thanks in advance.

That would be very easy to mod using the Module System, just learn a bit of scripting.

Also, are any known similar mods already in existence that can be seen for a point of reference? I'd like to make my own, and I'd like to see how others may have done it before.
