Summary: Family Feud bug, NPC doesn't appears in the next settlement after joined player's parties. Was happened in 1.0.2, it seems like been fixed in 1.0.3, and now the bug re-appears again in 1.0.4
How to Reproduce: Take a Family Feud quest, after convinced an NPC to join player's party in order to process the quest. When player go to and enter the next settlement, an NPC (who has been convinced by player) doesn't appears. This quest can't finish because an NPC doesn't appears.
