In Progress Dialogue nameplate off center in 21:9

Summary: Updated to 1.2.8 from 1.1.6 and see that the UI has issues in ultrawide now. The names of characters are left of the rest of the UI. See screenshot comparison.

Additionally it seems the lord's guards were moved back behind them more.. looks like an error too.

Unknown if a mod broke the save somehow; I removed them all and it was still off center. Did not start a new campaign to confirm before rolling back, as other mod UI was messed up too, presumably due to the font change in 1.2.x (now bold).
How to Reproduce: Run the game in 21:9 (or wider)
