Resolved Crash on companion return from Escort the caravan quest

Summary:The game crashes at the moment a companion should join the party as the timer for the Escort the caravan quest reaches the deadline. I tried restarting from earlier in the save files but no success, whatever i do it crashes at that exact point. This is a blocker type bug if you use jira for bug reporting/development as that save file is basically dead and i have to start from scratch.
How to Reproduce: 1.Get a companion to start the Escort the caravan quest. 2.Pass the time until it completes. As the timer reaches 0 and the companion should rejoin the game should crash.
