Resolved Constant Weapon Switching and Dropping

Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Seagate Firecuda 2 terrabyte hybrid

My character will not hold onto any weapons or shields, constant swapping and dropping. Tried rebinding keys, turned off Steam overlay, tried fullscreen and windowed mode, bound keys to swap weapons from the touchpad to the keyboard. Unable to find a solution, does not happen on Warband.
