Yep, combat in Bannerlord is too slowYeah why does combat feel sluggish and slow compared to warband? A lot of nice additions to bannerlord but at its core the combat doesn't feel as crisp... the swing delay is very odd.

Two handed isn't faster. That's your perception because people that play with two hander are better at the game.Yes, they are and this should be fixed, Im talking about 1h

It may have ended in shambles, but this is wholly false! Not a game has come close to it's armor system.War of the Roses was a terrible game
Ye, great armour system, having tincans with crossbows running aroundIt may have ended in shambles, but this is wholly false! Not a game has come close to it's armor system.
Obviously talking about how each piece had its own rating and effectiveness vs different damage types, the what-you-see is what-you-get nature of the model design, and the impeccable hitboxes. For example, hit the gloved hand with sword, damage calculations for leather, hit the chain limb with a sword and it has to be a good swing to cut, hit plate with a sword slash it bounces off, hit the slit in a helmet visor it can crit, etc.Ye, great armour system, having tincans with crossbows running around
Some mind boggling balance decisions from the dev team didn’t stop it from being an objectively better version of Warband I’m terms of melee combat.Ye, great armour system, having tincans with crossbows running around
Just like bannerlord minus the rehealWar of the roses had some poor concepts, it's not interesting to see someone run away from fights to prolong their life by hiding in some corners bandaging themselves for 15 seconds. The cavalry were ridiculously overpowered compared to how janky the infantry were and playing archer in that game was like playing call of duty.
