Why do they need all three Vigor skills at a high level? Why isn't it "Companion should have one of these skills" instead? Maybe with Roguery thrown in as well, but at a lower level (like 60).

Now this is pretty reasonable, a nice number (i.e. lower than 100) that can be reasonably leveled on a companion.

I'm going to go through and collect more for different quests, see just how outrageous some of them can get in hopes that TW sees this and rebalances things a bit in our favor.
 
The problem is that at clan lvl 1-2 they are doable, after clan tier 3-4 they become almost impossible. ¿Are you telling me that my aserai companion who has 100 in leadership and tactics, is unable to hunt some bandits?
 
Both of those quests were taken at clan tier 5. I don't know how the scaling works specifically, but dealing with some bandits is still very reasonable for a companion.
