Pretty much this. What you've been doing is rather amazing and shows that when some people really care about something, there are possibilities. A little message to our lovely developpers. It's not too late you just start realising there are people willing to make your game and your community a better place, more competitive, and more interesting overall. But unlike you, those guy are making it without being paid so they will need your help at some point.
