[MATCHMAKING] People dodging games all time + ranks don't mean anything

So far after the last patch matchmaking is still kind of alive but without a few simple fixes it will die very soon. User experience is as follows: search for a game, on average have to do it 3 times since people dodge without any punishment when they feel they will lose or for whatever reason, people leave in the middle of the game and are unpunished, noobs are kicked so that experienced players will have more gold, kicked people can rejoin without any issues. Then you have the rank system, you get +- 1-3 points per game won/lost or even +0 for a game won, feels completely unreliable and any basic transparent mmr system would be much more reliable.

These issues are extremely simple yet they will kill an otherwise good working game mode into which countless hours of work were put. Please introduce small loot- and time-based penalties for dodges and early leaving, disable rejoin after team voted to kick a player and please display the underlying mmr and give info about mmr loss/gain together with the rank. Would be also nice to see the mmr of players in game.

also from a user's perspective it would be very nice to see how many games are currently ongoing(current score/time?be able to spectate?)/how many players playing, how many players searching for a game. Otherwise unless custom servers are populated then the game looks dead
 
game-breaking faults literally killing the matchmaking called out = moved to suggestions, great job moderator, keep it up! Tell me how many hours you've spent playing matchmaking last month or how many hours you've put into developing MP if you're authorized to make such decisions
 
In warm-up mode, quitting when you think you will lose and staying when you think you have a good chance of winning can effectively increase your points and achieve a higher ranking.Do you understand?
