The f*ck you was seconds before my ban so that's hardly going to have affected it.

It's all very well admins saying "ooh you should post a complaint on the forum" but you can't prove anything with a screenshot of before or after usually, unless you know what is going to happen or you are paranoid about taking screenshots. The other obvious argument for this is that the complaints stack up, however any professional troll or ignorer of the rules can keep changing names to avoid being investigated further.

It's not good saying the insult is a factor to my temp ban as I was seconds from being temp-banned miles before.

However I don't know if that happened after you were banned so perhaps?

It happened about 5 mins before I was temp banned, aiding me to my belief that there was no admin present.

Lastly, me being nit-picky with the rules is within the rules.

No I meant, I don't know if Farlorn investigated what happened when she supposedly randomed you, after he banned you or he decided not to because you chose to insult him.

You could have screenshotted your death, showing you were a commoner peasant, away from the battle (practically trapped inside the castle since you are being avoidant) and then SS the log showing no conversation from her to you at all. That would be more than enough to prove your case enough.

We aren't retarded, its pretty easy to deduce what did and did not happen. She said why she killed you as well so, she wouldn't be in here claiming you hit her with a hatchet and agreed, the truth is self incriminating. However the decision was already made by Gimli. So you are SOL for insult and vigilantism and hopefully learned from your mistake.

Err for future reference just handle 1 complaint at a time, even if it takes a while better to do one thorough than 3 half assed. Since his attack was a response to her attack its the same complaint.

I told your faction leader to do peace with others factions as he declared illegally, then about 2 minutes later he declared again illegally. This was a complete onslaught, with on the top of it, one of your "faction mate" stole an admin horse to stomp the enemy faction

The accused faction your faction in fact, (Evil poneys of something ) was extremly trolly and the lord was an utter incompetent when it's came to listening to what i whispered to him.

So in order to teach collectively a lesson,
I kicked out the serfs who wasn't involved ( and had no weapons ) , and i told that as a group, you would be punished.
I didn't took a global slay as i could have done, but i wanted to show you as a group, how much hate you caused around you by randoming around.

You could have left at any time with the commoner pole, and the "10K" game also involved that each death faction member getting kicked  to commoners, as you probably was.

This was clear, this was announced, and you could easily have escaped to that.

If by any chance you joined at the exact wrong time, i can't do much.
Now, try to join a faction with some good sense in the lord head.

Why should you be unbanned? Because that is not true. There is something me and my Don friends have been talking alot about is why we get in the **** all the time even though we aint the bad guys. Its simply just about hwo calls the admin first, the randomer calls admin because he gets his ass kicked and the admin questions me, and tries to set me off. This is so tragic since today i was robbing someone for 1 k together with Don_Stealht and this guy was not willing to cooperate, then we told him to pay the tax a second time, and then the peasent tried to fight us off but failed and died. then my friend ran into him 15 minutes later, my friend is very new in this mod and might make some misstakes but however he robbed him again and then they fought again. Now admin was called and they made thoose 2 robberies into Randoming. Also the admin said he was going to take care of something and disappeared. 10 minutes later my friend logged out, we are in same class and we are to have a National test in the 9th grade tomorrow in maths, so he had to leave. The admin returns to me and says, where is your friend? then i responded that he had gone to do his homework and will probably be on later, admins says i give you 10 minutes for him to log in or else i will permanently bann you both!, i called my friend and told him to log in fast so he logged in as fast as possible on his favourite and oldest character to talk to the admin. then the admin says, "oscar" do you guys think im dumb? and then he says that we are trying to fool him, but that is absolutely incorrect. My friend even writes to the admin that he is ready to talk, however the admin Permanently banns me and talks to my friend and then like 2 minutes later he banns my friend, he thinks that we are trying to "fool him" what is going on?

If you're looking for a positive resolution to this, I would advise you refrain from talking like a sailor.

Edit: I was not online for this, but like everybody else I would suggest appealing your ban in the proper and civilized format.

I was just about to Temp ban your friend For randoming but he left the server , i asked you where is he you told me he left the game because his mom raged at him and he is now offline , i checked the logs  and found his Number and i find out that there is guy called " Oscar" who is actualy don_stealht but under another name to escape the punishment , after i temp banned you for lying to admin he  shows up and told me that he is don_stealht  ,

the reason why i wanted to temp ban him, he told me he taxed "katie_the_protector" 2 times but actualy he taxed her 1 time , he died in that roberry , after he respawned he tracked katie and killed her ( and thats metagame)

Im speaking on behalf of my sis as she does not have a account on this So im helping her out so form what she tells me She was Taxed then a Something peru saved her and killed the taxer So when she continued her way to spawn (Town) to sell some iron he re spawned and Completely Rdm'ed her with no rp what so ever so she says she called a admin who took the names of these people and checked the logs Through to see what i was saying was true and it was so he told her for Lieing to a admin they will get a 10 day ban... What happened is i received complaint from you against Pill and Herbadu. I was thinking and talking through admin chat. I was also invisible near pill and herbadu at the center of town with you inside Montibeil castle to make sure nothing happened. Then when i'm still talking i saw a xbow shot coming through the door of montibeil killing first Pill, (shot wearing your name), then you go upstairs and from the wall you killed herbadu who was doing nothing and weaponless, still with xbow shot.

I was here during the whole time, saw the whole scene and then you tell me they attacked you? When they were at the center of town weapons sheated and you inside montibeil castle? That's why i changed the temp ban into a 2 day ban
