Steward skills such as "Nourish Settlement" and "Bannerlord" are not working at all. I currently have both skills enabled; when I wait at a settlement that I own there is no change in prosperity at all let alone quadruple the rate. With regards to the Bannerlord perk, I have it unlocked and my party size did not change at all. My party size was 166 before unlocking the perk and 166 after unlocking the perk even though I own a town and two castles. I tried saving the game and relaunching Bannerlord to see if it would fix the problem but to no avail.
