SOLVED:

Verify Game Integrity via Steam fixed the problem.
Settlement loaded fine.

Hi all,

Summary:
I've started having crashes when entering any settlement.
This happens at any point I try to load the settlement, so I cannot Siege, Create Caravans, Purchase Workshops, do Settlement quests or anything similar that requires loading a settlement.

(No (Zero(0)) Mods installed)

How to Reproduce:
Load a settlement normally via any method (talking, siege, walking in)

Quest/Settlement Name Happens in Zeonica, and all surrounding Settlements that I've tested (Poro's and some others that I cant remember.
Media don't have any sorry. I just crash during the load screen.
Version: e1.1.0.225664
Computer Specs:
OS: WIN10
GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
CPU: i5 9600k
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2666
Motherboard: Z370M Gaming Pro AC (MS-7B44)
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): M.2 Samsung 970 EVO

Loaded the game in safe mode.
Entered the same save game.
Attempted to enter the same settlement and received this error:

Loaded the game normally.
Entered the same save game.
Got naked (Both military and town armor).
Garrisoned entire army.
Entered the Lords Hall - Successful.
Used Door from Lords Hall to load Settlement and it crashed.

Loaded a brand new game.
Created a new character.
Entered first settlement (Poros) next to the training camp. (different from the one I had been testing above.)
Crashed after ~3 seconds of loading.

Loaded the game normally.
Entered the save I was previously testing.
Lowered all Graphical settings and audio channels.
Also got naked again...
Crash still occurs entering city.
