Ill try to keep this simple and concise.
Attributes should contribute to more than just your skill cap. I feel that attributes should help define your character better by giving some boosts to performing certain tasks, to give incentive to the players to specialize both their character and companions. Right now it does little and even the bonus it does provide to skills is tiny compared to the focus mechanic.
Some Skills level far too slow. Scouting, Leadership, Rogue and Engineer are the worst culprits by far.
Make perks stand out more and have a real impact. 1% to movement speed is hardly what I would call an improvement for hitting 100 Scouting skill and the others are chock full of the same underwhelming perks that need a serious buff. Perks should feel like a milestone for your character, right now they are forgettable.
Make the 200+ perks actually be something special. Right now most of them are a mixed bag of meh and I cannot think of a single one that I must have unlocked.
