This was recently posted in the 1257AD board and I think it would be most, most useful for us as well - Caba'drin's Village raids & Sieges - Allow player party actions (i.e. you're no longer "chained" when raiding or sieging).

This mod (Persistent Troop Identities) is not OSP yet, but the OP states it will be released as OSP when it's more fleshed out. And I think it could be quite a welcome addition to the mod (if Antonis is still working on it). Though it would probably require a wider pool of personal names to be added.
