I just did the Royal Guard Kingdom policy. I had 56 influence and I'm the only noble in my kingdom, I passed the bill with approval but I randomly got -96 influence.
Resolved Negative Influence as my own kingdom

I just observed this bug. In my case, it was after starting my single clan independent kingdom and enacting only one policy "Royal Guard"

My version of this bug report is being addressed.....after only 24 hours and I'm guessing it's because I used the proper bug report format and you didn't.
