What if we bait Lust here and force him to spoonfeed us information?
Look into your heart, Lust. Deep down you know it is right to give us what we need to hear. One sentence will give us sustenance... we just need one sentence...
It's almost harvesting season.

Lust is a paid worker
Is he? Hmm.. Well i don't know his contract with Taleworlds.

the pizza company and the paid worker's colleagues don't match the real life relationship between a PR worker and his firm or between the PR worker and the fans.
Come on dude, i already told that several times. I dont want to be a broken record. Scenario was about a guy that doesnt do what s/he supposed to do. "Ordering pizza" was the employee's work to do, and in scenario that work did not done for months. I am not sure if i can explain that scenario more clear.

More importantly though, the message I think you are trying to get across is that you think Lust isn't doing his job.
Wait, what? Lust isn't doing his job? Are you sure about that? He just recently added one amazing multiplayer gamemode, Invasion mode. Lust is an amazing coder in Taleworlds. I didn't mean coders, i meant the person who is supposed to contact with Community and give some information. I don't know who has that job in Taleworlds, i am not a Taleworlds expert.
Varrak, I think you're starting to get it. Captain Lust is the community manager, and he worked quite a bit on both the console port and the Invasion mode. He also said that he does quite a bit of bug fixing and checking for Bannerlord. In addition, he presents the game at every public event, i.e. Gamescom.

and the PC gamer weekender

may have something good for the 18th-19th next month if they go
Or they might go to the biggest Turkish gaming event in Istanbul a little bit later this month and reveal some info

OK so now we know the original error of your post. You talked about 1 thingy, quoting someone talking about another thingy, both posts were open to interpretation on the "what", and now you are angry about people replying about your error in logic

now we get it
If that's your understanding of this (not especially complex) situation then you do not have any grasp of it, so I'll assume English is not your first language or you have limited abilities at following arguments. You simply jumped in talking about something else entirely and you achieved some sort of double-think that it was always about it.

Again, my posts were about the lack of information, nothing to do about the Beta or whatever. Get it? Can we move on?

What I am excited for/what I want to see in Bannerlord when it releases on the 18th of this month:

  • Mortal lords: Lords can die in combat and will be replaced by those next in line to their holdings/troops etc...
  • Impactful cavalry: Horses hit harder and ragdoll *****s to the ground. Also in the other way - spears hit horses more realistically.
  • Bigger troop trees.
  • More challenges in the campaign (I don't mean being one-shot killed by an arrow to the knee (though that would ****ing hurt)).
  • A neater map with less sudden change on biomes/environments.

No salt please.

Lord mortality was spotted, though not explained, in the most recent siege video. And the map seems to be a little less jarring this time around.

Tbh I'm just becoming increasingly excited to see what III is gonna look like, especially considering the fact they need to make everyone forget II was vaporware. I'm predicting VR as a central feature in the official announcement in the next couple weeks.

I'm not ruining anything. I was informed that this is the appropriate place to discuss Warband sequels.

It's not really a bad thing. The hype has managed to keep Warband on life support for six more years and three (soon to be four?) paid mods. It's an unusual choice but perfectly acceptable nonetheless. At least TaleWorlds doesn't promise things they plan to deliver and can't like Molyneux or something.

Hi all! (hi WEe )

I'm just back from a small Christmas holiday. Normally I keep a keen eye on this thread anyway but I did take a bit of a break this time, after a rather intense period working on the Invasion update and a few difficulties surrounding its release. Just needed a bit of a rest!

Catching up on the thread, the first thing I'd like to say is that my name is mentioned far too much! :p I'm not the story here really.

Essentially, we're just really focused on making progress with the game right now. There are some things that we're ready to start showing and talking about - having been spread rather thin while working on the update, it has been the case that I haven't really had time to work on a new blog but that's something I'm looking to turn my attention back to now. The game is coming along and we're particularly focused on combat right now, working towards putting together something that we can start using for external testing (in whichever form that takes).

I certainly understand the hunger for news and hopefully it won't be too long before we put out a fresh chunk of Bannerlord information.

In the meantime, I'll keep an eye on this thread for the next hour or so and clarify some outstanding questions about information we've put out in the past, if anyone's interested!

Happy New Year all!

Whats up with the focus on combat? Like, visual improvement or something else?
Everything really, just making combat look and feel great in every sense! (sorry can't really give details)

I would like to ask about characters aging system. You've mentioned this feature in one of the previous blogs, promissing to speak about it in the future. I wonder if anything changed in this matter? I mean, you're still sure this will be in-game feature?
