Resolved Map invisible wall problem

There is a small invisible wall problem near Rhesos Castel. I read you solved the problem with the stuck purple army (it is stuck in the settlement). But the green army is also stuck in the mountains. It is impossible to reach this army or talk to it. It has been here for more than 300days and didn't die of starvation or else.
