Lords of Sturgia(maybe not only them) still out of gold (e1.0.4 - e1.0.5)

Summary: After beginning a new game in version e1.0.4 - for example Sturgian lords still running out of money in first 1 - 2 months. As a result of this, they moving without troops or with number less than 40% of max troops and beign harased by looter groups. Also they are not able to resist other factions and gather any armies for the campaigns. This issue should be fixed ASAP because otherwise it makes a game unplayable for certain factions and enhances "Snowbal effect".
How to Reproduce: Watch Sturgian lords behave after 1 - 2 major fights.
