Need More Info Error when creating a clan member party near the castle

How can I fix this problem when I set up a party while inside the castle ?
I threw the Union and Eira out of the clan.
Eira was able to enter the castle, but troops run wounded, step left (
I can't gain influence, I can't create a party, I'm blocked.
