In Progress Custom Battle wrong character load outs

Summary: Some of the custom battle character have the wrong load outs for their equipment. Arcor and others have crossbows and bolts instead of their normal load out.
How to Reproduce: Go to custom battle and choose Arcor. Look at his weapons he has the simple cross bow and 2 sets of bolts.
