Resolved Player family always has fairer hair color than the player

Summary: Player's family including mother, father, sister and both brothers have lighter color hair than the player.
How to Reproduce: Create a character in either Sandbox or Campaign and view parents and other relatives.

This is something that has bothered me for a while so here it is. This has been going on for many patches and I didn't see it going away so I had to make this report. I wasn't always there but at some point this error happens. If I make a character with the darkest hair most likely the family is fairer haired. I would do this many times by creating different characters male or female with various skin colors and this would happen regardless.
