It would be more immersive if the keep layout and exterior for the city, which the NPC faction rulers own, was different to the other keeps, e.g. Quyaz has a throne room more grand than the other Aserai cities as its the court for the Sultan. Whichever city the previous emperor ruled from should have a palace.

they said they plan to add different maps and castles for each city but since those take a lot of time to make they'll be doing it as time goes on.
