What do you do agains Snowballing

Hi,

i've just two little questions. What's your best way or workaround to handle the snowballing effect of a winning faction? Its actually the reason why i stoped playing yet. I really like this game but the bunch of games ive started are always ending in a complete domination of one (always different) factions - and thats quiet annoying.

and second. Is there any kind of a Level Cap for the Character?

I am managing to conquer all the map, I had only 2 cities: just use charm on every vassal, sometimes strong vassals join you (for money). Then you can make big party and conquer some city when clans declare war on you. You have to be quick: just conquer one city or two, then declare peace to the other faction. ALso you can choose some politics as ruler that make your army very big. Game is pretty funny but gets repetitive and annoying after 100 hours or so. I miss old siege battles from warband: now the castles are empty, all the doors are unaccessible, there is just a big mess fight during sieges...no strategy at all.
