Were feminine titles removed from dialogue intentionally?

Since one of the latest updates (1.4.1 I think) female characters are always referred to as 'Sir' or 'my Lord' etc. in dialogue rather than 'Madam' or 'Lady'...

I'm pretty sure this wasn't always the case. Has anyone else noticed this or is my game bugged?

Just seems weird that this bug was added when it was completely fine before, apart from villagers sometimes saying "thank you madam" to your male character (which i found quite sweet for some reason lol)

The ai may just have trouble differentiating gender. Otherwise could be a simple error that broke the gender recognition.
