Well, I only recently could do some research. As far as I know, the Malacca Fort in the Malay Peninsula was under Dutch's control during 1735. You could just include the dutch if you want xD

depends. IN the earlier time, most of the malay peninsula is under no ones control, but dutch/portugese already conquered Malacca, then again, it depends.
