Resolved Unstoppable empire bug

So i just dominated the world in my game for the first time super excited. got a normal declaration of war by the southern empire, im like pffft what can they do. i check the kingdom tab and they have 4x my ENTIRE WORLD IN POWER.

Also although i already defeated all the empires for the main quest i once again reaquired the quest to defeat the southern empire.
