BUG #1 Proposing Change of Ownership
How to Reproduce: Propose to change the owner of a settlement to yourself , the game allows you but as soon as it changes, the game INSTANTLY forces you to change the ownership back to the original owner, making the change pointless, happened 12 times when I tested it

BUG #2 King Rewarding Castles, Settlments etc to same people.
How to Reproduce: This just happened randomly during one of the wars taking place, never happened before, I understand there is a chance of same people getting a castle, but it happened 19 times in a row, with the exact same 3 people. Same percentage chance and even if they werent in an army and if I took the castle or settlement with my army alone, it kept defaulting to the same three people who would be rewarded it.
The Three NPCs were
1 - Crotor from Dionicos Family
2 - Chason from Neretzes Family
3 - Vartin from dey Jelind Family
