Trouble Finding Manual

I've searched quite a bit on the forums for a manual download, but all I could find was this out of date link:

I've done quite a few different forum searches in different places and haven't been able to find a link anywhere.
I'm really hoping that I didn't miss it in any of the stickies, but so far I haven't seen it :[

Any help would be appreciated, sorry if this is an over asked question, I'm just itching for a manual.
