When creating a character, it would be a great addition to the randomizing function to be able to lock any parameter from being randomized. This way, if I am happy with the width of the face, but unhappy with the forehead, I could lock some features and randomize the rest.
The implementation should not clutter the screen either.. All that would be neccesary, UI wise, is a small semi-transparent lock symbol on the right hand side of each slider. Clicking it would toggle the button, making it opaque, and closing the lock. Very intuitive and unintrusive. Great success.
This feature would make character creation easier and give greater usability from the already very powerful randomization button.
