If you get this message then you are installing version pre10 which means this is the wrong thread.
The SVN version is for 1.134 only.
Pre10 will works with 1.134, too. Just install right away.

Cairo: inside-place gate close to spawnpoint. Defending units coming from the gate till they dont decide to not come...then i cannot take them...

It's a procedure that compares versions. But it was meant to warn you if you use an older patch. It warns you as well since the patch 1.134 is different to 1.131 but in this case we can just ignore it.
 
No, I have no clue what you are talking about. I haven't played pre10 anyway so I don't know much about it. May be it is the troop conversion script and you haven't been member of the order long enough or something. If that really is the case it will probably not happen anymore as soon as you are able to recruit templars. But I am just guessing...

Ive seen that DrTomas made alot of fixes for the current versions of 1257AD are thes fixes included in the SVN or are they seperate ? If seperate could you give me a link?
