Several Quick Suggestions

Corvidae

Recruit
Inventory organization
-create a subsection for items to not be caught up in "sell all" so that you can unload the looter crap but save your essential equipment
-being able to move things around in the inventory and group them/select multiple things at a time (e.g. to drag and drop onto a new party member)

Roguery
-Make this skill more useful in non-raid situations. One thing that comes to mind is that there should be a price bonus on selling hostages, a morale bonus to recruited hostages, and you should more quickly recruit hostages

Game Information
-The devs need to be more forthcoming about functions of the game especially in the form of game guides. This could be in an extended intro (e.g. right after the training fields), or a PDF, etc

Two-handed maces- why are they not a thing?
 
The roguery one I agree with, although I've heard talk that it was supposed to work more with the Gang leaders in towns that currently don't do much. As it's the only way to increase your loot from battles it seems odd that you have to attack innocents as the main way to increase it, when it's primary effect is something that all would benefit from and is not directly connected to raiding.
 
For that first point, if you lock the item it is saved from the "sell all". Also there is a Suggestions and Bugs thread were this might get more notice.
