Seeing quest names without entering settlement

Hello. As I remember, I could see what kind of quest settlement has without entering, now I have to enter settlement for seeing. Is there any way seeing quests without entering settlement?

I think this is part of the fog of war change.... not an actual fog of war but just remote information hidden in encyclopedia. Maybe if you are very clsoe to the village and examine it and look at notable it might say what quests they offer like it used to, but I don't know. I don't think I did a single village/town quest in my last campaign.
