Its simply THE biggest demotivator for people who wants to keep playing in sp. Especially for those who grind alot to get perks like e.g. merry men in roguery.

The biggest demotivator for me is my character getting old as I play before generational play features like character inheritance are finished. Perks are very important, however, and should be among the priorities. It's hard to know if they don't require messing with other parts of the game, though, in which case it might take a little longer for them to be ready. Bugged perks crashing the game and, even worse, corrupting saves, wouldn't be good for anyone.

Thank you for finding Callums response.
They need to do an official statement on the perks imo because people have no idea atm.
