No sound

I have been playing the SP campaign for a while now, but yesterday I tried MP with a mate. Later I went back to SP, but now the game does not have sound anymore. Not even with the intro-animation. No sound in MP either.
Sound in other applications is fine.

Things I tried:
- Restarting game
- Restarting computer
- Fresh config folder
- Tested sound different options in config file
- Validating game files in Steam
- Reinstalled sound driver (Realtek)
- Checked if DirectX needed updating (it didn't )

Does anyone have other suggestions I could try?

Did you check to see if this bug has been reported? If not did you report it? I personally had an issue with delayed sound effects, like a 3 second delay, but that was like 5 or 6 versions ago and I've had no other sound related issues.

Yup, checked Win 10 troubleshooter, Youtube and other Steam game.

Got sound working again after reinstalling game.
