I went in again and tried to make it work this time I insured that they were above 15 Charisma and I never got any new dialog options with any of my companions, again to make sure that the mod was loaded I checked the troop tree and saw it did have the new units you made for he kingdom faction in it. and there were no errors while compiling.
 
I actually got it to work not sure what the problem was though...at any rate how do you adjust the charisma thing I would like to lower it.

Should I modify my own troop tree for this???

Sorry for late responce, put it in module constants- you will create troop tree for this km, so no need for that.
I hate to double post so I shall say it here: I updated my script on page 12, so they are more readable now.
