Minor Factions and their units

Hello everyone, is there a mod that allows to have the minor factions recruiting only their unic units?
Cause when you meet the Hidden Hand - for example - with loads of Faris, Fian or whatever, that just kills the lore of the game.

Beside this, I use character manager so I would give the leaders of these factions the appropriate perks to have them being efficient (maybe not easy for the Hidden Hand or the Embers, who do not have shields and should probably count on large parties, but this is another subject).

So does such a mod exist? Legion of the Betrayed having only Triarii... Lake Rats, only Lake Rats, etc

I'd love a mod that does this. Minor factions and Mercenary clans never have more than a handful of their own unique units, they just recruit from whatever faction they're hired by and end up having a load of random troops.
