Resolved Map menus not showing up.

I was playing my singleplayer campaign.

I guess there was an update while I was playing.

I reopened my game and loaded my saved game.

It asks if I want to load new modules with my saved game, I said yes.

Now whenever I try to interact with things on the map, the menus do not show up or I endlessly chase looters even though I'm right on top of them.

I tried a new game to test. Menus work. Something busted my game and now I'm pissed.
