i really appreciate the new weapon speeds. now it's a pleasure to play the game! and , if you have been many weeks with the old system, this is easy and very interesting.
 
Multiplayer is all screwed up again.

Edit: Also, the picture in the main menu is proof enough for me regarding certain issues.
 
I have been playing since 5 am yesterday with no problems what so ever...
I do not see how people are saying servers are down or something. Try reinstalling your patches people.

Also please stop the off topic stuff, this thread is for constructive talk and real issues. Differentiating is minor. Integration is yet to come, do not get over excited for it.
 
the custom battles are a great feature, and the load up screens are alot better :grin:, looking forward to playing single player when the games out...

Some objects dont take damage from high swings. If you are using a spear on a decoy in the tutorial the straw target doesnt take damage. Maybe its an error with objects that have a bar that determines the strength.
 
Multiplayer is shaping into a pretty good form.

I also love the new main menu, it speaks volumes about certain things.  :lol:  :wink:

Also occurs when trying to hit siege equipment in Fight & Destroy with overhead strike.

i have posted the new "materials.brf" file to bugs.taleworlds.com to fix this. i hope you will like new "refractions" feature  :grin: (enabled with "high quality" settings only) .

put the file to the "CommonRes" folder after backing up your materials.brf.

I already gave feedback on the bugtracker, but I'll repeat it here: water looks ok after replacing materials.brf. And the new refractions look great!

While that patch was mostly awesome especially the swordplay on horseback, cheers guys! And thanks Serdar for the anti rivers of milk patch! These are things I have to complain about...

1) Cav horses can knock you down/disrupt from almost 0 speed. (ANNOYING)
2) Armour still doesn't do anything.
3) I like where those animations are going but they aren't finished.
4) I hope the AI in the release is better than that joke I see in custom battles.
