When I enter a kingdom, I would like to see how cohesive it is. What are the significant lords to stay on good terms with?
Who can I alienate/scheme against? Maybe even get evicted from the kingdom?
The current "friend/foe" list in the encyclopedia entry doesn't really let you easily identify groupings/clustering.
I would much more like a view with many portraits+names+trait icons (with clan/house color theme) and then connection lines between them. And that you could consult this view from dialog options, votings etc.
I imagine that as a King it is even more important to assess kingdom cohesion to tell you which groups you should keep happy and who you actually should get rid of.
How do you guys do it? How do you sifter through the lords that are relevant to your story?
