Giving fiefs

am having some success and have 3 towns and 6 castles all owned by me. I don't want to use companions as governors. But I have talked to a few lords hoping I could give them a town to be my vassal , but I dont seem to have an option to give town (after doing rpg questions (rubbish)).

I hope i am missing something, it seems extremely hard to give towns and castles away, to create a vassal.

After recruiting the clan go to the kingdom tab, the option should be there. I haven't tried myself due to the memory leak (I have a i5 2600)

What he is asking for if you could pay with a fief instead of money

If your asking if you can offer fiefs to Lords so that they join you then yes you can however you need the 'Everything has a price perk' which is unlocked at Trade level 300.
