you know, if the two servers put like 10-20 bots on each team, im sure alot more people would play in between events. i know i would, as atleast there is the feel of it being active.

On Hildileikr, anybody can make a poll to add bots. It's just that the vast majority of players prefer not to use them.

There's not much of a regular schedule. Your best bet is to post here and to try to summon some friends when you feel like get the server going.
