Resolved Efficient charcoal maker

In the Perk it says make 3 units of charcoal out of 2 hardwood. but you make in the smithy 2 charcoal from 3 hardwood.

perk still makes 2 charcoal from 3 hardwood. (native still on e1.0.0)
I started a new game after patch.
